  Anyone who stops here is obviously on the road and doesn't have many options unless you don't mind a complete diversion. After using he restroom we wanted to get some coffee and a doughnut. So we waited by the Dunkin Donuts counter for a few minutes. I could hear someone in the back washing dishes so I assumed someone would come out eventually. We walked over to the subway counter which was more visible to the back kitchen. Another woman lined up behind us and was also obviously frustrated with our wait. My wife went to the cashier at the Alltown to ask if someone could help us. Someone came out of the office looked at us, and then walked back into their office. Again we waited. So we started to call out. Both the lady behind me and I started softly at first and then eventually were trying to call back to the kitchen. I really hope there was a video camera watching rh next part because the gentleman who walked out of the back ignored us and walked out past us. He looked at us for a while saying nothing. So we asked if he could get us some coffee and some doughnuts. He told us that coffee was, "not my problem". I could tell instantly that this was the exact moment I knew I would not spend any money at your location. I don't want anything free. I don't want an apology. This gentleman obviously had issues either emotionally or with his employer. Honestly it was so embarrassingly bad that the other customers and I locked eyes because I wanted to make sure I was hearing this correctly. As we walked out I heard him yelling at the woman behind us as well. Being in hospitality I knew that there was no use berating your employee we simply just needed to leave. Perhaps they are having a rough day or maybe just aren't very happy and there was no use in discussing this with him. Honestly I would sincerely like to thank this service location for giving me a new butt-of-my-jokes for a new low in customer service. This will literally be used in many future monthly meetings as an example of how not to engage he public. I have had some bad customer service but this was the most humorous. So thank you for restoring my faith in how badly a company can train their employees. I am glad that other people got to witness this because it was validating to look around and see if anyone else was watching he exchange. Bravo
