This one has the others beat for messiness and equipment failures. How long can it take to get the cappuccino machine restored to service, or hot water repaired? Yesterday there was trash on the floors and the coffee service area was so spilled upon that I would have cleaned it myself had the hot water been dispensing. This place also lacks the cheery (okay, so it's fake) greeting of customers.
