  I stopped by to buy a new phone outright because I broke the screen on my current phone. Spoke with T-mobile support and I was told it wouldn't be a problem as long as I was buying it outright. In fact I already did it once a few months ago when I dropped my phone in the water. The person on staff refused to even attempt to help me once he found out I wasn't authorized on the account even though I was explicitly told being authorized wasn't needed if I was buying the phone outright. He acted like a complete ass when I tried to explain the situation and stated "I can't sell you a phone outright unless you have an account". I called t-mobile support again to confirm I was correct and they suggested I go to a different location. Helpful....

  This store has much better customer service than the other T-mobile stores around... you gotta wait sometimes cause they are busy but they always help me
