  We have a Company that’s been doing the business for 15 years. I was referred to Vicking Kitchen Cabinets. We have installed eight kitchens with them in. virtually every kitchen we’ve had problems with them. The last property we had them measure and install the cabinets they and sadly would not fit. I called and asked for the manager Joe and it took a week for the Joe to return my call. We tried to work out a solution. I explained They had made errors measuring and we had made an error as well on one wall That was supposed to be moved. The end result is We had to install the remaining cabinets that didn’t fit , and they would not allow was to return the ones that would not fit nor the expensive trim. I tried to have a reasonable conversation With the lead manager Joe and he said he took zero responsibility for anything that happened. He left me with no other choice but to move my business to another company. I recommend not using them because although they are so nice on the phone , they take no responsibility when something goes wrong and they will blame you for everything that doesn’t go right, form my experience. On the last install my cabinets were full of sawdust and come back to clean it I still have the pictures. I would never write a negative review like this however when the customer service manager in charge of the Company talks the way he did to me after the duty to share with the public to look out for what’s ahead.
